My children wished for dinner options that cater to families after hours. It was challenging to find a suitable dining option late at night, especially when arriving tired from our flight.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza in Nadi had some highlights. The breakfast buffet simply blew me away with its variety. the chef and staff in that area earned a solid 10 out of 10 from me. I really appreciated the warm welcome at check-in and the cold water given to us while we settled in. The room was spacious and had a lovely bathtub. However, I faced some challenges. Room service took almost an hour and a half, and I had to remind staff more than once about a laundry bag I requested. My room was only cleaned once during my six-night stay, which left me without essential items like water and toilet paper. Plus, there wasn't a mini-bar in the room. Overall, the facilities are gorgeous and there are lots of activities, but service consistency needs improvement.
